

Grafton B. Jones-Principal
Mr. Grafton B. Jones has worked in the capacity of school administrator for 15 years. He is now in the fifth year as full time principal in the Northeastern Conference. A product of Seventh-day Adventist Christian Education, Mr. Jones strongly believes in children and enjoys working with them.
His educational background spans West Indies College, now Northern Caribbean University, Atlantic Union College, and Andrews University. He holds Bachelor degrees in Education & Behavioral Science, and a MA in School Administration & Supervision. He is currently working on his PhD in Educational Leadership.
Mrs. Loraine King
Mrs. Loraine King is a "GRITS" girl. (Girl Raised In The South) She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oakwood College and a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Atlantic Union College. She has been serving the Seventh-day Adventist Church since graduating from Oakwood and feels a calling from God to remain in church school work. She considers herself a specialist in character building and is currently serving as the 1st grade homeroom teacher at the Linden Seventh-day Adventist School.
Mrs. King is married to her college sweetheart Eldeen King and they have two adult sons and two beautiful daughters-in-law.
Mrs. Lydia Akobi
Mrs.Lydia Aderonke Akobi was born in the ancient city of Lle-lfe, the spiritual home of the Yorubas in the most populous country of Africa, Nigeria. She attended the university of Ibadan where she received a bachelor's degree in Education. She then obtained a Master of Education degree with concentration in Administration from Atlantic Union College. Mrs. Akobi has been teaching for twenty-seven years and has been on the staff of the Linden Seventh-day Adventist School since 1997. She is the homeroom teacher for the 4th grade class which she prepares for the N.Y. State tests in English Language Arts, Mathematics and Science and has always had excellent results.
Mrs. Akobi is the coordinator for the school's outreach program which works closely with St. Jude Children Hospital. She is married for twenty-five years to Elder Richard Akobi and they are blessed with three children, Richard Jr., Olutola and Temilola.
Mr. Sherwin Stone
Mr. Sherwin Stone is the 6th grade homeroom teacher at the Linden Seventh-day Adventist School and he also teaches Social Studies and Bible Knowlege to the Grades 6-8 students. He was born in Jamaica, West Indies and migrated to the U.S.A. where he completed High School and attained higher level education.
Mr. Stone attended Oakwood College and graduated with with a Bachelor's degree in History. He believes that Social Studies should be taught with a hands-on approach to maximize students' grasp of the various topics. His passion is to see his students become God-fearing, critical thinking servants in the world here and in the hereafter.
Mr. Eagan Kingston
Mr.Kingston is the 7th grade homeroom teacher at the Linden SDA School and is also the Math and Science teacher for the Grades 6-8 classes. He was born in Guyana and is a graduate of The University of Guyana with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He has over ten years of teaching experience including five years of teaching in New York City.
Ms. Marilyn Rodney
Ms. Marilyn Rodney is the Administrative Assistant at the Linden Seventh-day Adventist School. She attended the Taylor Business Institute and received an Associate degree in Business Administration. She is affectionately called "Mommy" by some of the students because of her quiet and pleasant demeanor. She attends the Brooklyn Faith Seventh-day Adventist Church in Brooklyn, N.Y. and she loves the Lord.
Mrs. Sharon Stoute
Mrs. Sharon Stoute has been a Teachers' Assitant at the Linden Seventh-day Adventist School for the past 5 years. She works with all the students in one way or another. She is a faithful and willing worker. She is married to Oliver Stoute and they have two lovely daughters, one is a current student at Linden and the other is attending Pine Forge Academy.
